Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented B2B Business Development Executive to drive target sales for our Premium Ayurveda and Perfume brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new corporate clients, nurturing long-term partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the luxury wellness and fragrance industry. If you have a strong sales background with a passion for Ayurveda and luxury perfumes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets through strategic prospecting, networking, and client acquisition.
  • Market Research & Prospecting: Identify and target potential corporate clients, wellness centers, spas, hotels, and luxury retailers for Ayurveda and perfume products.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Develop a pipeline of qualified leads, cold-call potential clients, and schedule meetings or product presentations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Customized Solutions: Tailor product offerings and create value propositions for clients based on their specific needs in wellness, luxury, or fragrance.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for the Premium Ayurveda and Perfume brands at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate sales reports, client interactions, and pipeline activity in the CRM system, providing regular updates to management.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to help refine the brand’s B2B strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or luxury product industries.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
  • Target-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Ayurveda products, wellness trends, and luxury perfumes is a plus.
  • Network: Established network within corporate sectors such as hospitality, luxury retail, or wellness centers is highly desirable.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a proactive approach to sales.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and [Local Language].
